Frequently asked questions
Are Side invoices compliant with Moroccan law?
Yes. Every invoice includes the mentions of article 145 of the General Tax Code: seller identity, ICE, IF, RC, TP, the business customer’s ICE, continuous numbering, VAT per rate and the total in figures and words.
What is a digital invoice on Side?
An invoice generated online with a secure link and a QR code. Your customer opens it on a phone or computer and downloads the PDF, without creating an account.
Can I manage my stock with Side?
Yes: items, categories, barcodes, minimum stock, stock in and out. Delivery notes and goods receipts update the stock automatically.
Does Side work in Arabic?
Yes, Side is available in French, Arabic (right to left) and English. Each team member chooses their language.
Can several people use the same company account?
Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role: owner, administrator, manager or staff.
Do I need to install software?
No. Side runs in the browser and installs like an app on computer, Android and iPhone, with your company logo.
