Terms of use

1Purpose

These terms govern the use of Side, online sales management software (quotes, invoices, stock, purchases, point of sale, online store, projects, logistics and treasury), published and sold by SEM Agency.

2Account and team

You create an account with accurate information and keep your password secret. The account owner is responsible for the members they invite and the rights they give them.

Each member uses their own access; sharing one login between several people is not allowed.

3Trial, subscription and payment

Side can be tried for free for the period shown at signup. After that, the subscription is paid according to the chosen pack, monthly or yearly. A year is invoiced at the price of 10 months (2 months free).

After each payment, you receive an invoice issued by SEM Agency, the company that sells you the service. Prices are in dirhams, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Without payment on the due date, and after the planned reminders, the account becomes read-only: your data can still be viewed and exported, but you cannot create documents until payment.

4Your data

The data entered in Side remains your property. You can export it at any time. Its processing is described in our privacy policy, which is part of this contract.

5Fair use

You agree to use Side in line with Moroccan law, in particular for invoicing and VAT, and not to try to access other companies’ data, disrupt the service or send unsolicited messages through the store or document sharing.

SEM Agency may suspend an account in case of fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms, after notice except in an emergency.

6Availability and support

We do our best to keep Side available at all times and backed up regularly. Short interruptions may happen for maintenance.

Support can be reached from the app (Help & support), by e-mail and on WhatsApp.

7Liability

Side helps you prepare compliant documents, but you remain responsible for the information you enter and for your tax returns. SEM Agency’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the last twelve months of subscription.

8Termination and changes

You can stop your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. We may update these terms; any important change is announced in advance.

This contract is governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Morocco will have jurisdiction.
